A JOYOUS weekend turned into tragedy at the weekend for a prominent Park Rynie family.
While travelling to Port Elizabeth for a wedding, three family members were killed in a horror car crash in the Eastern Cape.
Yesterday nearly a thousand people packed into the Scottburgh Town Hall for the joint funeral service of Rabinand (Robin) Ramkisson (57), his eldest son, Reshem (30), and nephew Nichal Ramchundar (40).
They were killed on Friday afternoon when their car collided with a minibus outside Grahamstown.
